Key Responsibilities * Lead the successful execution of construction, outage, maintenance, and service projects * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements * Interpret, communicate, and administer contract terms and conditions * Manage project financial performance, including profit and loss accountability * Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within utility and industrial markets * Monitor project change management processes and ensure appropriate documentation and recovery * Review and approve project execution plans and staffing strategies * Provide leadership and support for critical project issues and escalations * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and labor organizations * Communicate significant project developments and business risks to leadership * Drive compliance with company policies, safety programs, and ethical business practices * Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain construction and project management talent * Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement * Represent management in labor relations activities, collective bargaining discussions, and union-related matters Qualifications Required Experience * 8+ years of industrial construction, maintenance, or project execution experience * 5+ years of leadership or management experience * Experience managing multiple projects, customers, and field teams simultaneously * Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management * Experience working with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and labor organizations * Hands-on experience with industrial boilers and related equipment Preferred Skills * Industrial construction management * Utility or power generation project experience * Outage planning and execution * Contract administration and negotiations * Business development and estimating support * Workforce planning and talent development * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities What Makes You Successful * Proven leader who can motivate and develop teams * Strong communicator who builds trust with customers and stakeholders * Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution and business growth * Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective * Comfortable working in dynamic field environments and managing multiple priorities * Committed to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service Travel & Work Environment This position requires regular onsite presence at project locations and travel throughout the assigned region. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Spring, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
