Facilities ManagerThe Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and communicating service-related activities within their assigned region. This role serves as a key liaison between Restaurant Support Office (RSO) partners, Operators, and service provides to ensure facilities programs are effectively executed, company assets are maintained, and brand standards are upheld. The Facilities Manager provides field leadership, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports all aspects of facilities management.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Manage field-based facilities support, local strategies, and service provider performance to maintain brand standards and maximize the lifecycle of company assetsServe as the primary escalation point for facilities-related emergencies and operational issues, providing on-call support as neededLead the implementation and communication of facilities programs, initiatives, and strategic prioritiesPartner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, research activities, and change management processesConduct site assessments, property inspections, and equipment evaluations to ensure facilities meet Raising Cane's standards and identify future maintenance and capital needsManage service provider relationships, contracts, and performance scorecards, and competitive bid processes to ensure quality service and overall valueDevelop and execute project scopes, RFPs, and capital improvement plans in partnership with Operations and Business Unit leadershipOversee building repairs, equipment installations, warranty walkthroughs, property improvements, and project execution from planning through completionManage work order workflows, review service quality and performance metrics, and ensure timely resolution of facilities-related requestsCoach and support Crew on facilities-related processes, tools, and best practices and maintain accurate administrative records, including expense reports and supporting documentationTravel Requirements:Requires up to 50% travel and operates as a field-based, remote roleQualifications:5+ years of facilities management experience within the Restaurant, grocery store, or related industriesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent facilities management experienceKnowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, general maintenance contracting, and beverage/CO2 systemsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and WordStrong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate results in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organizationSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and in environments with changing priorities and ambiguityFlexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and on-call support for urgent facilities-related issues as neededPreferred Qualifications:Blueprint reading experienceAdvanced experience utilizing a CMMS platformExperience supporting multi-unit operationsAdditional Information:*Starting from $115,000 - $145,000 annually plus incentive*The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
