We're seeking experienced SICU nurses who thrive in fast-paced critical care environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team caring for highly acute surgical patients requiring advanced monitoring, critical thinking, and strong clinical skills. Assignment Highlights: - Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) - Day Shift – 3x12s - 36 Hours Per Week - 13-Week Assignment - July 2026 Start - Long Island, New York What You'll Do: - Care for critically ill and post-operative surgical patients - Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring - Administer medications and advanced therapies - Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams - Support patients and families through complex critical care journeys What We're Looking For: - Recent Surgical ICU experience - Active New York RN license - BSN preferred - Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making skills - Previous travel experience welcomed but not required Why Long Island?
