HVAC Operations Manager

HVAC Operations Manager Location: Spokane, WA and Hayden, ID (approximately 50/50 between both locations) Compensation: $45 - $55 per hour + Performance Incentives Legacy Heating & Cooling is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to help drive our continued growth. With installation representing the majority of our business, we're seeking a leader who understands commercial and industrial HVAC projects, develops high-performing teams, and creates efficient processes that keep projects moving safely, on time, and on budget. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who excels at building accountability, supporting field teams, and improving operational performance across multiple departments. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations across our Spokane and Hayden locations Oversee installation, service, warehouse, and office teams, with a primary focus on installation operations Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and field personnel Improve scheduling, staffing, and operational workflows to maximize productivity Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and support company growth Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement Coordinate communication between departments to ensure successful project delivery Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial or industrial HVAC operations Strong commercial and industrial HVAC installation experience required Proven success managing multiple teams and complex projects Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance Strong computer proficiency and business systems experience Ability to build relationships with field teams, customers, vendors, and leadership Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Why Legacy Heating & Cooling?
