Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Remote - United States
Pay Rate: $17.46/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts assigned between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM EST

This role will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with eligibility and enrollment questions, and provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits and services. - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and program questions.
- Research customer information and resolve issues using multiple systems.
- Process enrollment, disenrollment, and other program transactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Escalate complex issues when needed and work with internal teams to resolve concerns.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Bilingual fluency required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must have a computer with at least 16 GB RAM.
- Reliable high-speed internet; 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload recommended.
