Compensation Structure :
• First-Year Guaranteed Salary : $350,000 - $450,000 annually
• Second-Year Compensation : Transition to a production-based compensation model with earning potential based on individual productivity

Position Overview:

A growing multi-specialty healthcare organization is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join an established and collaborative Women's Health department in Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN patient care services

• Conduct evaluations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Manage prenatal, gynecological, and preventive women's healthcare services

• Perform OB/GYN-related procedures and follow-up care

• Prescribe and manage medications appropriately

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

• Participate in shared call coverage and rounding responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and evidence-based care to women ages 16-60

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Active Utah medical license or willingness to obtain licensure

• Ability to obtain proper insurance credentialing prior to start

• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
