Head of Customer Success

We're recruiting a Head of Customer Success for a fast-growing international SaaS business expanding its US operation. The US is a major growth market for the business, with an increasing number of Enterprise customers. About the Role They're looking for someone to take ownership of Customer Success and build the function as the company scales. You'll lead an existing UK-based CS team of three while developing the US operation. Responsibilities Build and improve customer onboarding and activation. Develop onboarding for larger Enterprise customers. Own customer adoption, retention and renewals. Build CS processes, playbooks, systems and reporting. Lead and develop the existing CS team. Work directly with strategic customers. Help build the US Customer Success team as the business grows. Qualifications B2B SaaS Customer Success leadership experience. Experience building and scaling CS within a start-up or high-growth business. Strong Enterprise onboarding experience. Experience working with complex or technical SaaS products. A hands-on approach - this is a build-and-scale role, not just a people management position. Experience within technical, engineering, construction or design software would be particularly relevant.
