First Assistant Surgical Technologist

This position is for a First Assistant Surgical Technologist. The role requires expertise in open heart procedures. Candidates must have extensive experience in vein retrieval. Experience in CVOR is mandatory. The facility is a joint commission accredited community hospital with 171 beds. It serves as a regional referral center and is a certified chest pain center. The facility has a level 3 trauma designation. This location offers opportunities for outdoor recreation, surrounded by mountain ranges and serene lake scenery. It is conveniently located within a few hours' drive from major cities and national parks. Candidates can expect to work with various specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, robotics, and more. Patient volume can range from 10 to 25 cases per day. The ideal candidate should have experience with the XI DaVinci system. This role may require floating within a certain radius of the facility. It is essential to have a personality fit that exemplifies teamwork and collaboration.
