Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

Responsible for placing and expediting purchase orders and changing order to meet customer requirements for timely delivery of proper supplies and services. Provides additional support within the eProcurement team through Helpdesk Support.

1. Prepares purchase orders and changes orders associate with them.
2. Troubleshoots all failed transactions.
3. Escalates issues to correct BSL departments or higher levels within department.
4. Reviews and analyzes transaction reports, as required.
5. Follows up on past due invoice issues.
6. Assists help desk associates by answering phone calls and taking tickets to help resolve issues.
7. Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the resident, employee, community, company information and records.

Qualifications

Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements None

Management/Decision Making Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment. Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills Has a basic level of a skill and can follow written or verbal instructions. Has basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties. Has a basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer basic questions.
