This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who understands the waste hauling industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on identifying and winning new business.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities and grow revenue throughout the assigned territory
• Prospect and build relationships with commercial, industrial, construction, and other business customers
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that support long-term partnerships
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Represent the company professionally within the local market
• Work independently while collaborating with internal operations and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in outside sales and business development
• Experience in waste, recycling, hauling, environmental services, or related B2B industries preferred
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Experience managing a sales territory and consistently growing revenue
• Ability to work with commercial, industrial, construction, and other business customers
• A self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
