We work closely with product managers, engineers, and the user experience team in an Agile development environment to produce online help, guides, videos, and in-app assistance for administrators, users, and developers.You're a problem solver with excellent people skills who knows what your customers need. You have proven experience writing easy-to-read help, UI text, and guides, and creating videos, tutorials, and other user assistance for enterprise business applications. You're a great match if you're self-directed, passionate about technology, produce high-quality documentation, and understand how your work contributes to the overall success of the product. You understand that autonomy and teamwork aren't opposing, but complementary, values. You will support scrum teams, and use the latest tools and processes in an Agile development environment to deliver the best work of your career!Own, create, and maintain documentation and in-app assistance for the Salesforce application, primarily Agentforce Sales.Under 2 years of experience as a writer, editor, or developerUndergrad or Masters graduate within 12 months of grad dateAbility to adhere to existing styles and processesAbility to learn new technologies quicklyExperience creating online helpAbility to meet tight deadlinesFocus on quality and detailsKnowledge of XML or HTMLStrong team playerCustomer advocateBachelor's degree in a technical or communications fieldExperience documenting softwareExperience with video and image editing software (Camtasia)Experience with source control software such as Perforce or GitExperience with authoring tools such as Oxygen XML EditorExperience with Markdown and AI tools, such as Claude Code or CursorWhen you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
