We are currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required
• Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image
• Complete special projects as requested
• Follow Asset Management policy and procedure

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of previous Deskside Support experience
• Good communication skills
• Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
• Good customer support skills
• Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing

Wage Range: The hourly rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
