Role Purpose Statement

The Supervisor Assistant supports the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations within the Customer Service Center (CSC). This role helps drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support employee engagement and productivity across assigned areas.

Main Accountabilities

• Assist in supervising daily operations within assigned CSC departments and work areas.

• Support the coordination of staffing schedules to meet productivity goals and control overtime costs.

• Lead daily shift huddles and communicate operational priorities to team members.

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP standards.

• Monitor workflow, identify operational challenges, and support solutions that improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate operational documentation and follow up on department processes.

• Assist with employee coaching, training, and performance discussions.

• Motivate, guide, and support team members to achieve departmental objectives.

• Partner with Supervisors to ensure work areas are organized, properly staffed, and operating effectively.
