Production Supervisor – Manufacturing (Full-Time)We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and support a high-performance production team. This role oversees workflow, monitors quality and safety standards, and ensures production goals are met efficiently and consistently.Ideal candidates are strong communicators, hands-on leaders, and committed to continuous improvement within a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of production employeesAssign work, monitor performance, and ensure shift goals are achievedTrain, coach, and develop team members to promote operational excellenceEnforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standardsOversee quality checks and ensure products meet specificationsTroubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance when neededMaintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and KPI trackingDrive 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluationsCommunicate effectively with management, maintenance, and other departmentsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturingStrong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety practicesProven leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutionsComfortable standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as neededPreferred SkillsExperience with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six SigmaERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Experience in automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceShift differential for off-shift rolesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, holiday pay, and retirement plan optionsOpportunities for advancement and leadership developmentReady to lead a strong manufacturing team and make an impact?
