You'll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset—leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.Key responsibilities:Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues up to $50MMDrive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystemLead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions exceeding $2.5MM, including lines of credit, term debt, buyouts, and commercial real estateDeliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across:Treasury ManagementPaymentsCredit CardsPersonal Wealth and Advisory partnersMaintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organizationApply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experienceAnticipate client needs by staying ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditionsWho You Are:You're a seasoned relationship manager with a hunter-mentor mindset—equally comfortable opening new doors, navigating complex credit, and acting as a strategic advisor to healthcare owners and executives.
