Account Executive - Molecular Diagnostics

Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
On-Target Earnings: Approximately $170,000–$180,000 at target, with uncapped earning potential About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing molecular diagnostics organization providing advanced testing solutions to senior living operators, healthcare providers, urologists, wound care providers, and other medical professionals. With a 24–48 hour turnaround time and a differentiated approach to molecular testing, the organization is actively expanding its national sales team. We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive with an active book of business and established relationships currently generating diagnostic specimen volume. This is a growth-focused opportunity for a proven molecular diagnostics sales professional who can bring existing business while continuing to develop new accounts. What You’ll Do
• Leverage an existing book of business to drive molecular diagnostic specimen volume.
• Develop new relationships with senior living operators, physicians, urologists, wound care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Present molecular diagnostic solutions and educate clients on testing capabilities and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Partner with Operations and Client Success to support onboarding and ongoing account needs.
• Maintain sales activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions within the CRM.
• Travel regionally as needed to meet with clients and support account growth. What You Bring • 5 years of diagnostic sales experience, ideally closer to 5 years.
• Molecular diagnostics experience.
• An active book of business with established relationships currently generating specimens.
• Strong relationships within the healthcare and laboratory industries.
• Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote sales environment. Compensation & Sales Opportunity
• $70,000–$85,000 base salary
• $170,000–$180,000 total earnings and above, uncapped earning potential
• Company credit card and reimbursement for approved business travel and mileage
