Quick Facts Location: San Diego, CA Start Date: 07/20/2026 End Date/Duration: One year commitment with options to extend (up to 5 years) Shift: Days, Monday–Friday 0600–1800 (no weekends, no holidays) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Current, full, active, and unrestricted California medical license; AHA OR ARC BLS Experience: At least 2 years in Internal Medicine preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $175/hour Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine services to adult patients (18) Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing prevention and wellness Perform routine physical exams, health assessments, and patient education/counseling Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging Prescribe and manage medication plans to support safe, effective ongoing care Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers for complex cases Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards What You Need Required Degree: M.D. or D.O. Education: Medical school graduation from an approved program (US/Canada/approved LCME/AMA pathway) or equivalent ECFMG-recognized pathway Residency/Training: Completion of an accredited residency approved by ACGME Licensure: Current, full, active, unrestricted medical license in California Certification: Current AHA OR ARC BLS certification Experience: At least 2 years in Internal Medicine (preferred) Preferred Experience in outpatient primary care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and patient management skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in San Diego, California , supporting an outpatient model focused on comprehensive adult care.
