San Francisco (3rd priority) - CAJob SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Lead with a strong background in Pega technology and a proven track record in test automationThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance with recent leadership experience in automation testing preferably in the healthcare domainRelevant certifications and hands on experience with automation tools are mandatory Key Responsibilities:Lead QA automation efforts for Pega based applications ensuring robust and scalable test strategiesCollaborate with product owners developers and business stakeholders to define quality goals and testing requirementsDesign develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for functional regression and performance testingMentor and guide QA team members in automation practices test planning and executionDrive continuous improvement in test coverage automation frameworks and quality processes Identify and manage test data requirements test environments and defect triagingEnsure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards especially within the healthcare domain Communicate testing progress results and risks to leadership and project teamsRequired Skills:Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years in a lead roleStrong expertise in Pega technology and working knowledge of Pega test strategies and toolsMandatory experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium UFT TestNG Cucumber or similarProficiency in scripting languages Java Python or similar for test automationExperience in CI CD integration and version control systems eg Jenkins Git Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologiesStrong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skillsRelevant QA Automation certifications e g ISTQB Certified Pega Business Architect or CSA preferredExperience in the healthcare domain is a significant advantage Preferred Qualifications Hands on experience with PegaUnit or other Pega specific testing toolsExposure to performance testing tools eg JMeter LoadRunnerStrong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standardsExcellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
