A premier Wisconsin area Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent ready to own the field and drive complex commercial projects to success. This is not a supporting role-it’s a leadership position where autonomy, decision-making, and results matter.

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results with minimal oversight.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills-able to inspire and hold teams accountable.
