Milliken's Irrigation & Lawn Maintenance is a family owned and operated lawn care company serving North Texas for over 15 years.
We are looking for an individual that is looking to grown this industry.
This is a full time, year round outdoor position. This means Hot Summers and Cold Winter Morning.
This is a physical job requiring lifting 50 lbs and walking. (being on your feet for 8+ hours.)
The Lawn Care Technician is responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of residential and commercial properties through expert lawn care practices. This includes operating equipment, inspecting properties, applying treatments, maintaining detailed service records and communicating with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply weed control and fertilization treatments
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and protocols
- Travel daily between residential and commercial job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance
- Knowledge of pesticide application and safety procedures
- Proven skills in equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong time management and physical stamina
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Customer service skills with minimal direct interaction
