Warranty Administrator As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, TICO, Hino and Isuzu dealership, we have 16 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Job Duties: Assist with processing and filing warranty claims in a timely manner. Assist the Service Manager and warranty department with invoicing. Ability to understand and verify warranty and maintenance agreements for accurate customer billing each month. Assist with filing and maintaining service records as needed. Assist the service and warranty department with any clerical needs. Maintain service records and prepare billing invoices for customers. Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions. Answer all customer questions in a timely and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned. Excellent internal and external customer service. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organizational skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
