Assistant Manager

Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Maintain profitability of the restaurant by managing food cost, labor, and other controllables within guidelines; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness; Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM; Ensure compliance with health, wage, age, ADA, and other regulatory requirements; ensure adherence to policies and procedures; Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and communicate issues to GM/Owner promptly; Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
