Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness; Ensure compliance with health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and other legal operation requirements; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM; Promote and implement Public Safety Foundation initiatives and represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner
