What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by observing equipment areas, restricted locations, and high-traffic zones for suspicious behavior and/or operational disruptions, then escalating concerns through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
