We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our client’s growing manufacturing team in Jamesburg, NJ . This role is responsible for performing inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure products meet established standards and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)
Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule: Monday–Sunday operations; two days off per week (schedule assigned)

Weekend Availability: Required. Candidates must be available to work weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks and testing on production batches and finished goods.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure processes follow quality requirements.
• Reject products or materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Assist with investigating quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support compliance with company standards.
• Communicate quality concerns and updates with production teams and management.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with quality inspections, sampling, and product evaluation.
• Ability to collect samples and perform routine quality checks.
• Basic understanding of quality documentation and record keeping.
• Manufacturing or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
• Reliable attendance, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
