We are seeking a skilled Process Technician for 2nd shift in Addison. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing by setting up, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment.

Process Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:45pm to 11:15pm )

• Design, implement, test, and maintain manufacturing production systems.
• Train employees on molding, routing, fabrication, assembly, and equipment setup.
• Operate CNC routers, molding machines, and other production equipment. 
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing machinery safely. 
• Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures. 
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment. 
• Mix and load plastic materials and pigments for molding operations. 
• Inspect products and verify quality standards are met. 
• Complete production, inspection, and quality records. 
• Read production orders, drawings, and specifications to determine requirements.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with training new and transferred employees. 
• Move materials and finished goods using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (when certified).

Process Technician Qualifications:

• Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring and inspection instruments to ensure product quality. 
• Ability to read and interpret production documentation, work instructions, and basic mechanical drawings. 
• Strong understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing processes. 
• Experienced in maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation. 
• Effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift operation experience
