Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Nashua, NH (Applicants must live within 40 miles)

What You'll Do:

As an Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work directly with consumers who have requested information about life insurance. Your primary responsibility is helping clients review their current coverage and determine whether a better solution is available.

On a typical day, you can expect to:

• Handle approximately 12–17 inbound calls from interested consumers.
• Identify clients' financial protection needs.
• Compare multiple insurance carriers to recommend the best solution.
• Educate clients on policy features, pricing, and benefits.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Build trust while providing exceptional customer service.
• Consistently achieve sales and performance goals.
• Accurately document client information using company software.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and have a competitive drive to succeed.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Sales experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Clean background check
• Willingness to obtain or maintain a Life Insurance License (licensing assistance provided)
• Must live within 40 miles of Nashua, NH
• Looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends
• Most major holidays off

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential.

Income Potential

• First-year earnings: $80,000–$250,000+
• Average agent earnings: Approximately $9,500 per month
• Top-performing agents regularly earn $18,000+ per month

Our commission structure is among the highest in the industry and includes opportunities for ongoing residual income. The job is 100% commission based role.
