Job Title Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room (Fort Wayne, Indiana) Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR for a 13‑week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responsibilities Work with two surgical technologists to provide perioperative care of patients, including c‑sections. Utilize equipment such as Pyxis, EPIC documentation, TECSYS, I‑stat, laparoscopic and positioning devices, and anesthesia support equipment. Perform circulator duties, support anesthesia, and respond to emergencies such as emergency c‑sections. Assist with patient care in PACU, ER, and ICU as needed during emergencies. Shift & Schedule Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shift) Night shift: 1830‑0700; E/W schedule: Week 1 Mon‑Wed, Week 2 Tue‑Thu. Call nurse available; call required: one weekday call every 2‑3 weeks, one weekend call every 8 weeks. Licenses & Certifications Active IN license Active BLS Active ACLS Minimum 2‑3 years of experience; Must be proficient in emergencies PARKVIEW Items of Note Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (12% reduction of regular bill rate) with rate multipliers applied to the reduced rate. Call off policy: client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13‑week assignment. Non‑billable orientation hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation; clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non‑billable orientation.
