Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am/7:00am – 3:00pm/3:30pm
Location: Whitsett, NC 27377
Pay: $32/hour on W2
Contract: 12 months with potential for permanent conversion

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead server assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will supervise production teams, ensure safety and quality standards, meet production targets, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing and server assembly operations.
Ensure production schedules, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are met.
Coach and develop production staff and conduct shift meetings.
Enforce ESD, cleanroom, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve issues.
Support NPI, process changes, and employee training.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of electronics/server manufacturing experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of server hardware, assembly processes, and production operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Rack server/data center hardware, ISO 9001, and English/Spanish bilingual experience are a plus.
