About the Role You're Considering We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst that has experience with Goverment Cloud to join our DCX team. Your Role • Collaborates with business SMEs, product owners, architects, and development teams to validate requirements, support testing activities, and ensure successful solution adoption. Your Skills and Experience

• Salesforce Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience translating complex business processes and regulatory requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, workshop facilitation, and documentation of business, functional, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting contract management, workflow automation, approvals, document management, and audit-driven business processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ability to identify opportunities to leverage standard functionality while minimizing customization.
• Familiarity with Government Cloud delivery standards, secure coding practices, testing frameworks, and compliance-driven development approaches.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
