RDA: Endodontics Specialist (Travel Between Offices)

Our office, Metroplex Endodontics & Microsurgery - Mansfield, is seeking a skilled and licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy specialty practice. We are looking for a dedicated and professional RDA to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience. Your Responsibilities You will support the clinical team by delivering exceptional care and ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during their visit. You will be an essential part of the practice, supporting both clinical and administrative functions, including: Greeting and preparing patients for treatment Assisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized operatory Taking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations Providing post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits Managing patient records accurately and securely Assisting with insurance and payment processing Supporting front desk and administrative functions as needed Must be able to travel between our Mansfield and Duncanville offices as needed Your Background You’re a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and a strong understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of dental assisting. You are calm under pressure, organized, and always eager to help both patients and your team. You also have the following: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Must have experience in an Endodontist office Active Registered Dental Assistant license required CPR and BLS certification required Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (if required by state law) Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff in a fast-paced environment If this sounds like you, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
