About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to play a pivotal role in translating the organization's strategic vision into practical, scalable systems that support global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of processes that enhance the company's impact and position it for strategic growth. This includes collaborating with the CEO and leadership team on vision and long-term strategy, operationalizing the strategic vision, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. The VP of Operations will also lead a team that includes in-house finance and HR leaders, as well as external IT and legal contractors, and will be a hands-on implementer to ensure the cohesive and efficient functioning of all operational elements. Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 7 years' experience in a senior operations position. The role requires a proven track record in operational leadership, strategic implementation, and financial management, as well as strong people skills and the ability to drive collaboration in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance and risk management, and be adept at leading and developing cross-functional remote teams. Financial expertise, including budget management, and excellent organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential. The position is full-time and remote, with some domestic and international travel required.
