Job Description WHO WE ARE: Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers to assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver ensures that each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service, with food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self‑motivated, dynamic team player who can provide exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position is responsible for: Maintaining a clean driving record and driving safely in accordance with all applicable laws. Greeting guests with a smile, receiving orders, processing payments, and responding to customer issues. Keeping work areas, including the car, clean and maintaining Health and Safety standards. Performing duties at multiple workstations. Attending assigned shifts promptly and regularly. Following uniform and grooming standards. Completing delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner. Operating the cash register or point‑of‑sale devices as needed and using suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales. Learning team‑effectiveness skills and working with others to achieve team goals. HERE'S WHAT SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE YOU WILL NEED: Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure. Dependability and reliability. Good written, mathematical and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Minimum age 18 to operate a motorized vehicle. All required documents and permits issued by state or federal law (updated insurance copy with name). Flexible work availability. Results‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude. Previous customer service experience is helpful.
