Patient Service Coordinator

Location: Shoreview, MN

Wage: $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | Monday - Thursday & 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday

Duties of the patient service coordinator:

Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage the new client intake process
Welcome clients, process check-ins, copayments, and outstanding balances
Scan clinical documents and maintain accurate records within EHR systems
Provide general administrative support and monitor office supply inventory
Address client concerns professionally while following all signature protocols

Requirements of the patient service coordinator:

High school diploma
Familiarity with mental health services or EHR systems
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
