About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Legal Operations to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of legal operations processes, workflows, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, championing the adoption of AI and emerging technologies, and managing legal technology platforms. This includes serving as the primary owner of systems such as contract lifecycle management, matter management, e-billing, and knowledge management. The role also involves creating training materials, establishing metrics for performance measurement, and managing outside counsel relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years' of experience in legal operations or a related field, and a strong background in project management, analytical skills, and stakeholder management. Applicants for the Vice President, Legal Operations position at the company should be adept at working independently, driving change, and influencing across teams. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. Experience in financial services, fintech, professional services, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.
