The new Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a energetic, enthusiastic, people focused individual. If you want to create a exceptional experience for our guest then this is the job for you. We want you to have fun with our guest. Our culture and core values are people focused, action oriented, and a positive attitude to mention a few.
The hotel is off the I-71 corridor in Evanston. We are half a mile from Xavier University.
Duties:
*Greet our guest with enthusiasm.
* Register our guest efficiently.
* Provide information to our guest once you qualify what the guest expectations are.
* Solve problems based on the given situation.
* Follow brand standards while having fun.
* Follow basic accounting and billing practices.
* Handle money accordingly.
* Be professional and use professional language
* Own that each guest is satisfied
* Be punctual and a neat appearance.
