We are seeking a diligent and skilled Mold/Expander Operator to join our manufacturing team on a temporary assignment.

Mold/ Expander Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

Operate and monitor mold and expander production machinery, ensuring efficient output and product quality.
Handle, process, and inspect foam materials according to specific job orders and quality standards.
Safely operate a Sit Down Forklift to move materials, load, and unload product.
Utilize computer systems for machine programming, data entry, and production tracking.
Perform accurate tape measurements on materials and finished products; successful completion of a measurement test is required.
Conduct routine quality checks and ensure adherence to all operational procedures and safety guidelines.

Mold/ Expander Operator Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in operating a Sit Down Forklift.
Basic computer literacy for machine interface and data recording.
Strong aptitude for accurate tape measurement and ability to pass a measurement assessment.
This position requires frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, stooping, twisting, and turning throughout the shift.
The work environment is not climate-controlled. For safety and comfort, the dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
