Concierge Advisor

In our Scottsdale office, you will first serve as the dedicated concierge for our families, ensuring that every interaction with our firm is marked by warmth, clarity, and proactive care. As the first point of contact for our families, your role is an essential part of maintaining smooth daily operations in a busy, team-oriented environment. As new clients get brought on-board, as an advisor, you are not just helping manage assets; you are helping manage the transition into a client's golden years, providing a steady hand through life's most significant changes. Your mission is to ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and protected. Building deep relationships and trust is critical to your success. Career Progression Path This role is specifically designed for growth. We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots and scale their career with our firm across three distinct phases:

• Phase 1: Reception & Client Care (Initial Focus): Serve as the welcoming face of the office, managing daily operations and coordinating on-site meetings.
• Phase 2: Producer & Growth Specialist (Transition Phase): Work closely with our marketing department to handle incoming leads, assess prospect needs, and convert prospects into future clients.
• Phase 3: Junior Advisor: Step into an advisory capacity, managing your own client relationships and growing alongside the firm.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Office Concierge & Coordination
• Act as the primary, welcoming point of contact for clients, advisors, and executives arriving at our Scottsdale office.
• Coordinate and set up on-site meetings for new and existing clients, ensuring all parties (including external advisors) are aligned.
• Maintain a pristine, professional office environment and manage daily administrative operations.
• Phase 2: Lead Conversion & Marketing Collaboration
• Partner with the marketing department to receive, track, and follow up on incoming leads.
• Actively engage with prospects to assess their financial/retirement goals and introduce our firm's value proposition.
• Nurture prospects through the intake pipeline, successfully converting them into long-term clients.
• Phase 3: Relationship Management & Advisory
• Gradually transition into a Junior Advisor role, shadow senior team members, and take on direct client accounts.
• Provide ongoing, proactive care to families as they navigate retirement planning and wealth transitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 35+ years of experience in Health & Life Insurance or financial services insurance.
• Credentials: State Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique demographic needs of the Scottsdale/Phoenix "Snowbird" and retiree community.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM (SalesForce/Wealthbox/Redtail), Google Suite(Email,Text,GoodgleSheets,Document sharing),Electronic phone systems(Vonage, RingCentral), Virtual Meetings (Zoom,GoogleMeet) financial planning software (eMoney/MoneyGuidePro), and portfolio management tools, Familiar with AI Tools such(Gemini,ChatGPT)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
