Senior Digital Media Strategy Executive

The Senior Digital Media Strategy Executive is a key member of Condé Nast’s Digital Media Strategy team within the Revenue Operations organization in Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities Partner with Digital Media Strategy Manager to review peer’s media plans on specific categories while managing and planning their Key Accounts. Act as a key stakeholder in strategy for proactive brand marketing media plans for the division. Serve as the right‑hand to the Digital Media Strategy Manager, keeping them informed on category‑specific and brand initiatives. Collaborate on proactive projects to drive media planning efficiency and revenue. Attend cross‑team meetings and represent the Digital Media Strategy Team when called upon by the Manager. Maintain a deep foundational understanding of ad products and capabilities (e.g., data, video, social, new products) and communicate new product rollouts. Contribute to training development and delivery for new hires and existing team members on processes, best practices, and product sales approaches and functionality. Provide constructive feedback to internal partners to improve processes and efficiencies. Key Skills & Requirements 3+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry. Proven track record of exceeding job expectations. Dependable leader capable of stepping up to lead strategic decisions. Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment, adapting plans to shifting client objectives, priorities, or budgets while minimizing impact on momentum. Strong attention to detail. Ability to organize ideas and information logically and sequentially. Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills. Capability to manage multiple deliverables and transition seamlessly among them. Demonstrated ability to generate and present well‑considered ideas and solutions. Ability to drive a team toward a common goal. Experience with ad technology/ad platforms (e.g., DFP, Salesforce.com, AdBook, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, DAR, MOAT, AdWords). Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The expected base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$100,000. In addition to salary, a generous employee benefits package is offered, and successful candidates may also be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation.
