Job Description: Assistthemarketingteaminplanningandexecutingcampaignstoenhancebrandawareness. Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas, including university campuses, residential communities, and local events. Introduce theapp, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users and assist with user acquisition efforts. Helpdevelopandmaintainpartnershipswithuniversityclubs/studentassociationsforcampuspromotions. SupportWeChatcommunitymanagement,engagement,andpromotionalactivitiestoimprovecustomersatisfaction. Assistinmanagingon-groundpromotersandcollectingcampaignperformancedata. Completeothertasksassignedbythemarketingteam. Job Requirements: Outgoing,proactive,withstrongcommunication,execution,andteamworkskills. Creative,willingtoexperiment,andfullofpassion. FamiliarwiththeUSChinesecommunityanduniversitynetworks.ExperienceinXiaohongshu(RED)operationsorposterdesignisaplus. Musthavelegalworkauthorization(OPT/CPTsupported). 岗位职责 深入高校校园、华人社区、商业区等用户活跃场景开展线下推广活动，提升品牌知名度和曝光度；
协助策划、准备及发放市场推广物料，包括传单、礼品及活动展示用品等；
参与校园迎新、社团活动、社区集市等线下活动的执行与运营支持；
收集用户反馈及市场信息，整理推广数据，并为市场活动优化提供建议；
协助市场团队完成其他与品牌推广、用户增长相关的项目工作。
任职要求 性格开朗外向，积极主动，善于与陌生人交流沟通；
具备良好的沟通表达能力、人际交往能力及团队协作意识；
熟悉当地华人社区、校园环境或学生群体者优先；
有互联网实习经验、校园大使、学生社团、地推活动、市场营销相关经验者优先；
具备较强的执行力和责任心，能够适应线下推广工作；
实习期间需持有合法工作身份，支持CPT/OPT；
优秀实习生可有机会获得正式岗位面试或转正机会
