Design / Marketing Intern

You’ll have real ownership over projects that shape how thousands of athletes and coaches experience CrewLAB. This is illustrative of the work rather than restrictive of your process: Duration: 8 weeks Availability Required: Tuesday evenings, 5-6pm EST, Thursday evenings 4-5pm EST. Flexible hours otherwise. Ideal for: Students or recent graduates interested in marketing or design with a passion for sports and digital marketing Trusted by over 20,000 athletes and coaches in multiple sports around the world, CrewLAB is coaching software that builds great teams. The platform streamlines a team’s operations, while bringing athletes closer together and giving the coach unprecedented insight. The platform also helps coaches safeguard athlete data to stay compliant with SafeSport and other regulations. CrewLAB is the only platform built from the ground up to leverage sports psychology and engagement hacks to emphasize long term athlete development and retention. We believe that keeping athletes fired up about training for many years is how you win sustainably. We’re athletes at heart and builders by trade. We care deeply about performance, growth, and having fun doing it. We target high school and college teams — particularly in rowing, swimming and running. You’ll have real ownership over projects that shape how thousands of athletes and coaches experience CrewLAB. This is illustrative of the work rather than restrictive of your process: Content Creation & Storytelling Film and edit video content showcasing athlete stories, product features, and coaching insights Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, paid media campaigns, and website Develop creative concepts that resonate with coaches and athletes Assist with planning and executing paid social campaigns across platforms Drive customer engagement initiatives and community building Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on insights Brand & Digital Presence Shape CrewLAB's presence across social channels, newsletters, and podcasts Contribute ideas to digital content and user experience Test new channels and tactics to reach coaches and teams You’ll have the agency to propose ideas, experiment with new approaches, and directly influence how we connect with the sports community.
