Translating (Spanish/English bilingual skills) as needed
Directing patients to clean and presentable rooms
Collecting co-pays and balances
Obtaining receipts of delivery, signed by patient
Maintaining patient confidentiality
Answering and directing incoming calls
Filing patient charts
Data input
Corresponding with medical personnel, hospitals, health insurance companies, etc.
Medical insurance authorizations and verification
Prioritizing tasks and workload, being flexible in assuming various assignments
Being a team player, having a positive attitude, presenting professional attire, appearance, and demeanor
Filling in when needed with other front-office positions Desired Skillset The ideal candidate for this position is a career-minded professional and team player with a positive attitude. Other requirements include but are not limited to: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
Punctuality and accountability
