About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for CFO Advisory. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading full-lifecycle client engagements in strategic finance, data analytics, accounting advisory, finance transformation, and interim financial leadership. This role involves partnering with executives, private equity sponsors, and lenders on critical financial initiatives, providing strategic and technical guidance on complex accounting standards, and supporting transaction-related activities such as M&A, carveouts, and integrations. The Managing Director will also drive process improvement, ERP and technology implementations, and the development of analytics tools to enhance financial visibility and operational performance. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program, with at least 15 years' of progressive experience in financial consulting, strategic finance, audit, banking, or performance improvement, particularly with exposure to middle-market companies. The role requires expertise in creating and implementing analytical, data-driven solutions using modern tools and technologies, as well as experience in recommending, selecting, or deploying ERP and financial technology tools. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, be adept at leading business development and client relationship efforts, and be committed to contributing to a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring junior team members, leading internal training, and best practice sharing, and driving talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives.
