Job Description SOCOTEC US is transforming how Human Resources supports the business. Following significant growth through acquisition, the company is bringing together multiple operating entities into one integrated organization of approximately 1,700 employees. As part of this transformation, SOCOTEC US has introduced a new HR operating model built around Regional HR Business Partners and enterprise Centers of Excellence. The Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards will lead one of these newly created Centers of Excellence and play a critical role in building the infrastructure that will support the company’s next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to create - not simply manage - a modern Total Rewards and HR Operations function. The successful candidate will design enterprise-wide programs, establish scalable processes, strengthen HR technology and analytics, and help create a consistent employee experience across the organization.
