Role Description The Architectural Designer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and supporting project documentation from early design through construction. Daily tasks include creating and refining plans and elevations, coordinating with construction and interior design teams, and ensuring design intent is accurately translated into construction drawings. The Architectural Designer collaborates with project managers and consultants, participates in client meetings, and assists with revisions based on feedback and regulatory requirements. The position also involves research of materials and building systems, adherence to building codes and standards, and contribution to sustainable, high‑quality design solutions. Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed project layouts. Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical documentation, including plans, sections, and elevations. Skilled in Drawing and visual communication, including hand sketching and digital representation. Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their impact on site design and project integration. Experience with industry‑standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools). Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and best practices in sustainable and energy‑efficient design. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
