FCRA Certified Investigative Associate

Engaging with candidates to ensure compliance and obtain necessary documentation for background screenings, the full-time Investigative Support Associate will support candidates throughout the screening process while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engage candidates for supporting documents or information prior to background screening Assist candidates with disputes or consumer statements and explain the screening process Utilize the in-house system for information input and support the RFI process via email or phone Required qualifications Prior customer service experience, particularly with high-volume inbound calls Knowledge of the FCRA and ability to pass the FCRA Basic Certification Program Experience in handling escalated calls and providing resolutions Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as general computer applications Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
