Business Analyst Salesforce - Intermedio
We are looking for mid-level Business Analysts Salesforce to join our team. This role includes:
- Eliciting and documenting complex functional requirements.
- End-to-end modeling of business processes (Subscription, Claims).
- Preparing BRD/FSD documents.
- Analyzing gaps between Salesforce/Vlocity and business requirements.
- Configuring OmniStudio components.
- Managing the product backlog.
- Organizational and execution skills.
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers as required by the project.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in functional consulting.
- Experience in digital transformation in the insurance sector.
- At least 1 completed Salesforce/Vlocity implementation.
- Experience with Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Core (Accounts, Cases).
- Handling of OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors).
- Notation BPMN 2.0 and writing User Stories/Gherkin.
- Handling tools like Miro/Figma and basic SQL.
- Knowledge of languages is valued.
