Custodial Lead

Job Overview The Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. At least 1-year related experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification . May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
