Travelers may occasionally be asked to work only 4 or 8 hours of a scheduled 12-hour shift. This is not considered on-call.Orientation\n Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation week.\n Guaranteed weekly hours also may not apply during holidays when the assigned unit is closed.Ideal Candidate\n Looking for an RN who is:\n \n Independent and dependable\n Resilient and adaptable\n Strong with time management\n Comfortable managing changing priorities\n Collaborative with nursing and ancillary teams\n Willing to ask questions when needed\n Positive and flexible\n Scrubs\n Any colorFlu / COVID Policy\n During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination are required to wear a mask at all times. This is mandatory Aspirus policy with no exceptions.\n Recruiter Notes: Strong Med/Surg opportunity with 48 guaranteed hours, 1:4–5 day ratios, Epic, and no pediatric assignment for Medical travelers.
