Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the temporary Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will work remotely to conduct outbound calls, assist patients in enrolling via a smartphone app, and create exceptional enrollment experiences while providing valuable insights to enhance the program. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and improve the enrollment experience Required qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer support, outbound calling, or sales lead conversion is highly preferred Ability to build relationships and navigate challenges effectively Tech-savvy with multitasking skills to manage various systems simultaneously Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
